Reverse is a Headhunting company: companies entrust us with the search for middle and top managers, and we identify the right people for those positions. The assignment is given to us by the hiring company, which entirely bears the cost of the service.

For you, the candidate, the process is always free: at no stage will you be asked for payment.

If one of our Head Hunters has written to or called you, it means a company has entrusted us with a search and your profile matched the position. This does not necessarily stem from an application you submitted: we are the ones who identified you.

You can freely decide whether to explore further, without any obligation.

How the process works

First contactWe present the opportunity to you transparently: role, company context, reasons for the search.
Introductory interviewWe delve into your background and expectations, to understand together if the opportunity is truly aligned.
Presentation to the companyIf you decide to proceed, we present your profile to the company and prepare you for subsequent interviews.
Support until the choiceWe keep you updated at every step, until the potential offer and beyond.

What we do not do

We do not offer paid services for job seekers: we do not write resumes, we do not send applications on your behalf, we do not sell professional guidance paths.

Our client is always the hiring company.
