At Reverse, building internal software is a team effort involving the entire Tech Team alongside colleagues from UX, Data Science, and User Interface Design. At first, working with all these stakeholders might seem tricky, but this collaboration is what helps us find common ground and achieve outstanding results.

For example, thanks to the UX team, software is analyzed in real use through targeted user experience interviews. This takes us beyond basic project development, embracing a core concept in software: constant improvement.
