Beyond our Italian offices, we have a presence in Spain, Germany, and France, with hubs in Barcelona, Berlin, and Paris, from which we operate globally. The Reverse Bridge business unit is made up of HR Consultants from diverse cultural backgrounds, who travel frequently, are fluent in at least three languages, and manage mandates for both foreign companies and expanding Italian firms.

Unlike other multinational companies organized in silos, here the relationship between countries is constant. It's not unusual for an Italian Head Hunter to handle a mandate together with a German Consultant, or for colleagues from different countries to discuss various cultures. We like to see ourselves as cultural mediators who understand the European job market and facilitate integration between different countries.
