The role of our Logistics Industry Team is to respond to the search and selection needs of European companies looking for logistics and transport staff. The Headhunters in this team specialise in the issues specific to this industry, such as logistics and commerce, transport, shipping, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operations, machinery and systems for sorting goods. Alongside the Headhunters' ability to analyse soft skills, they are backed up by a Scout, a senior professional from the Logistics industry from outside of Reverse, who conducts the technical interview for each candidate identified by the Headhunter. This creates the perfect triangle between the Headhunter, the Scout and the client company, whether they specialise in retail, shipping or logistics machinery.
Thanks to years of experience on the ground and ongoing training, our Headhunters speak the same language as candidates in the Logistics industry, ensuring an effective, flexible search and selection service.
